Outer Banks Real Estate Ocean Front Property case

The North Carolina Court of Appeals upheld a lower courts decision to dismiss a case of Currituck County property owners to restrict access to the beach.  Their case stated that the homeowners rights should go to the mean high tide line which has historically been viewed as public domain areas.
