Basnight's Lone Cedar Restaurant destroyed by fire

Basnight's Lone Cedar Restaurant in Nags Head was destroyed by fire last night.  The picture quality is awful - I didn't have my camera so I used my phone.  There were news crews from Tidewater Virginia and many shocked locals staring at the ruins.  Reports say that the fire started some time around midnight.

What a loss for the Nags Head lovers...always a good meal and just luv their Key Lime Pie..soooooo saddened by their loss especially at such a crucial time in the season. I know they will prevail and be back and wish them a speedy renewal and the best of luck regrouping.

A major part of our vacation was looking forward to our
lunches and dinners at the Lone Cedar!!! We are sure going to miss this restaurant. Something is now missing from our annual
vacation. I hope thay rebuild as soon as possible!!
