Outer Banks Foreclosures site

I have been working on a new site that provides accurate information on foreclosures in Dare County.  There have been a few articles and blog posts recently about the number of foreclosures but it is difficult to find the answers without spending a lot of time at the courthouse.  Obxforeclosures.info (.info - not .com) will focus on primary residences, second homes and investment properties using map based technology along with free email updates to subscribers.  The system was launched last night and it only includes properties that were filed after September 1, 2007.  If you have any questions or suggestions, please drop me a line.
